                Well, howdy folks! Welcome to my kitchen. Guess who's here? Tony Loschiavo - from L-Eat Catering. I had some pretty basic instructions for Tony. I said: "Tony, I'm going to do a Hoe Down and I want some stick to your ribs food". Well, Tony came through with some wonderful, easy to prepare goodies!

                First, Tony shared with me his way of preparing steamed corn:

                Method: Take some corn, let it sit in a pot of cold water overnight. The water helps it steam when you cook it. Then, pop it in the oven for about 45 minutes. Cook it in its own husk.

                When you tear it open to a burst of steam, you'll see that the beautiful scent is a sure-fire-down-home indicator of how good it's going to taste!
